Hi guys, I'm stumped.

I just decided, after my 45 hour playthrough, to start a new character. I had Obsidian with Rudy ENB (341 binaries, might be important, idk) and had a great time. Everything ran smoothly and had only two crashes in the 45 hours of play.
​
I decided to check some new weather mods and decided to ditch the ENB before comparing them. However, my game will not launch without the ENB binaries, switching the ENB itself (even the binaries) will let the game work normally. It's only when I remove the files that the game won't launch.
​
I'll have my load order below, but I honestly can't think of why this is happening. Launching the game straight from the folder (skse ofc) works, not from MO2. I even tried redoing the .ini files but nope, no luck.

If there's no easy fix for this then I might just ignore it since I will use an ENB no matter what, I just wanted to test without the files to see unaffected FPS drops etc. Also if you're wondering why I use older binaries, the 341 seems to perform best for me, and I disable most effects anyway.

My characters boobs are obnoxiously huge. My character looks like she has a giant ballsack that goes to her knees.
All NPCs work just fine, even physics etc. I recently switched over to playing a female character and after a couple of days of trouble shooting, turning off CBBE 3BA fixes the issue but of course I lose the benefits of 3BA.
Has anyone seen this before?

Im having an issue with the quest alduin's bane where whenever I deplete his health pool to zero he sits on the ground for a bit, almost like an essential NPC that has no health left and then after a while will take off with full health and then continue fighting me. This is very frustrating as I cant progress the main quest past this point.

So I've used Nemesis and FNIS both at the same time before, FNIS for SexLab animations and Nemesis for my combat and gameplay additions and it always worked smoothly. After I installed FNIS spells and creatures I loaded in my game and the procedural leaning from True Directional Movement doesn't work anymore, not to mention that my Jumping Attack mod and crouch sliding doesn't work either and I can't dodge anymore using TUDM (The ultimate dodge mod). I tried launching Nemesis, ticking the boxes for the corresponding mods and updating the engine before starting, disabling FNIS (unticked everything first and updated its engine before disabling), reinstalling the mods that didn't work anymore to no avail. At one point my SKSE64 was apparently version 0.0.0 and all my mods broke, I had to restore back to a previous point in time to get back to....this problem that I'm having right now.
UPDATE: Found out that my Precision mod is also not working. seems like every Nemesis based mod has stopped working properly. When trying to launch the Nemesis Engine, this error pops up
